Winner Notification:
Scholarship winners ONLY will be notified by March 31, 2013. They must sign and return a Scholarship Acknowledgment and Publicity Release form by June 15, 2013.

Description of Awards:
Five non-renewable scholarships of $500 each will be awarded. Awards are to be used for institution costs at a full-time, post-secondary, undergraduate college or university. If fewer than five scholarships are awarded due to the qualifications of the applicants, the fund will be credited to the next year.

If you are selected as a recipient, the Chen-Pai Lee Memorial Scholarship Committee or its Sponsors will mail a check to you on or about August 15th of the scholarship year. Checks are made payable jointly to you and to the institution you have selected to attend. The check must be endorsed by you and the institution.
